Secure Protest , Police Use Guns Barrel Length

There is an unusual sight at protests security Hamlet Village Mandiku Sidodadi Tempurejo district , Jember , East Java , Jember in front of Police Headquarters , on Saturday ( 10.19.13 ) . Police officers are securing the rally , armed with a rifle.

" I think using a long barrel or whatever we base lah circumstances . You see, they move like this . For safety yes we prepare not to place unwanted things , " said Police Chief Resort Jember , Assistant Commissioner of Awang Joko Rumitro .
Awang denied , occurred anarchistic action against the police personnel who carried protesters . But from observation Kompas.com in the field, while the masses will fall from the truck they were traveling , suddenly a handful of plainclothes policemen climbed onto the truck , and make sweeping sharp weapons , stones , and sticks that were allegedly brought residents .

Residents assess these arrests are not following the correct procedure . Demands of citizens can not be met by Jember Police because they are still being questioned .
